SocialShield users have the opportunity to select from various monitoring statuses for different social media Assets. These monitoring statuses can be seen on Profile Cards in any collection, on a Contact Card, and on the Assets Page. Assets brought into Discovery but not yet reviewed will reflect a status button of "Enable Monitoring".

The default monitoring status options are:

1. Monitoring - Content is flagged and added to the Alerts folder and other collections. Post content is also Archived. This should be utilized for monitoring LO controlled accounts and websites.

2. Not Monitoring - This status should be utilized for Assets that Users no longer wish to monitor within the system.

3. Trusted - Post content is Archived, but the User does not wish for content to be flagged and added to the Alerts folder or other collections. Use the down arrow to access this monitoring option. It is recommended to only utilize this Status for corporate controlled websites & accounts.

Users can easily change the monitoring status of an asset using the down arrow icon:

For accounts that also have LinkedIn monitoring enabled, there is an additional status of Pending.

4. Pending - Assets marked as Pending require the social media account owner, such as a loan officer, to grant permissions for monitoring. Learn more about this status on the LinkedIn Monitoring article.
