Assets Page

The Assets Page can be found under the settings Gear icon.

Assets Page is a collection of all the Assets, or social media profiles & pages, that have been added to a SocialShield account. Users can sort and filter Assets in a variety of ways and can export information into a CSV Excel spreadsheet.


Understanding Icons

Profiles with Issues to Resolve: this icon identifies Assets that have social media profiles that do not pass the Profile Checkup.

Posts with Issues to Review: this icon identifies Assets that have social media content/reviews/posts that need to be reviewed.

Profiles Not Associated with a Contact: this icon identifies Assets that are not associated/linked to a Contact Card.

Profiles Associated with a Contact: this icon identifies Assets that are associated/linked to a Contact Card.

Profiles that are online: this icon identifies Assets that are "live" and functioning properly.

Profiles that are offline: this icon identifies Assets that are "offline or unavailable" sometimes meaning the page has been taken down or changed to private.

No Profile Issues Found: this symbol indicates that no Profile Checkup issues were found for the Asset.

Profiles with Issues: this symbol indicates that one or multiple Profile Checkup issues were found for the Asset.

Content Issues to Review: this symbol indicates the number of content items, including social media posts and reviews, that need to be reviewed for the Asset.

No Items Found: this symbol indicates that there are no profiles associated with a Contact or there are no content items, including social media posts and reviews, that need to be reviewed for the Asset.


Filtering

The Assets Page allows users to filter results in a variety of different ways:

  • Status: This is the Monitoring Status for the Asset. Statuses include:

    • Monitoring On

    • Monitoring Off

    • Pending Access (for permission required platforms like LinkedIn)

    • Trusted

  • Services: these are the various social media platforms monitored today. Examples include: TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.

  • States: The state filter includes (1) the state listed in the address field on the social media profiles (if there is one) and, if tied to a Contact, (2) the license states of the Contact.

  • Contact Status: The Contact Status of Active, Terminated, or No Contact Assigned.

  • Search Box: Ability to search by the Asset Name.

  • Views: the Views Filter box allows a user to find groups of Assets who share a particular aspect. Types of Views include:

    • Approved Website List: This View Filter shows websites approved for display on social media profiles

    • Content to Review: This View Filter isolates all the Assets that have Post Content that needs to still be reviewed.

    • Profile Checks Failed: This View Filter isolates all the Assets that have at least one issue of a failed Profile Checkup.

    • Suggested Contacts: This View Filter isolates all the Assets that have suggested contacts for association. Note: Suggested Contacts will also be displayed on the Executive Dashboard upon login:


Exporting

Export: the Export button on the far right allows users to export any list of Assets from the Assets Page into a CSV Excel spreadsheet. This Export will include information from the Assets Page, including the Asset name, their total number of followers, their monitoring Status, etc.
