Users can view Tickets associated with Assets on the Branch Card under Branch Tickets.

By default, Branch Tickets will display an "Individual Tickets" view.

User Consolidated

Users can opt for a consolidated view.

If a Contact has multiple tickets open, the User Consolidated view will group the tickets for an individual and display them as a line item. The line item will display the Contact's name, the number of open tickets assigned to the Contact, and a User Portal Link.


Exporting

Users also have the ability to export information from Branch Ticket to an Excel CSV file. If the User has filtered the information, the export will reflect those filters.
