ActiveComply will pull branch information directly from NMLS Consumer Access for independent mortgage bankers and create a Branch Card for each branch.

Branch Cards will house information such as the branch address, a list of licensed employees tied to the branch, and the employee’s license numbers. Branch Cards will also provide the User with branch-level reporting for Branch Contacts and Branch Tickets. The User may assign a Branch Support Contact to the Branch Card as well.

Each Branch Card will also have licensing information listed for the individual branch. Licensing will be divided by state and regulatory body. Expired licenses will be highlighted in red.
