Contact Cards will automatically be associated with their respective branch as listed in NMLS Consumer Access and will not need to be manually associated.

Users will be able to review all employee Contact Cards associated with each branch to identify profile checkup issues, social media content still needing to be reviewed, and open tickets.

Understanding Icons

Profiles with Issues to Resolve: this icon identifies Branches that have Contacts with social media profiles that do not pass the Profile Checkup.

Posts with Issues to Review: this icon identifies Branches that have Contacts with social media content/reviews/posts that need to be reviewed.

Total Open Tickets: this icon identifies the total number of open tickets for each Branch.
