The User Consolidated Branch Ticket view will display a User Portal Link. The User can send this link to the Contact. The link will provide the Contact with a Portal to help them manage the tickets assigned to them.

Note: the Contact will NOT need to create login credentials.

Once the link is opened, the Contact will be sent an email to access their portal. When the Contact selects "Visit ActiveComply", they will be directed to their Portal.

From their Portal, the Contact can select "View Tickets."

The View Tickets will display the open tickets that have been assigned to the Contact on one page.
