To conduct Individual Employee Profile Check-Up scans, users must first ensure that social media Assets are linked to licensed employee Contact Cards. For more details on this process, visit our page on Assigning Social Media Assets to Contact Cards.

Once an Asset is correctly assigned to a licensed employee's Contact Card, SocialShield can apply individual triggers, such as identifying missing Individual NMLS IDs as part of the Profile Check-Up. This process also enables state-specific profile triggers. For example, if an employee holds a Texas license, ActiveComply users can add a TX licensee flag to monitor compliance with the TX Consumer Complaint Disclosure requirement.
