For Individual Employee Profile Check-up scans, users will first need to ensure social media is tied to licensed employee Contact Cards. To learn more about this process, visit our page on Assigning Social Media Assets to Contact Cards.

Once social media is properly assigned to a licensed employee's Contact Card, ActiveComply can apply individual triggers, like Individual NMLS ID Missing, as part of the Profile Checkup. This is also how individual state-by-state profile triggers can be applied, for example: if the licensed employee carries a Texas license, ActiveComply users can elect to add a new TX licensee flag for the TX Consumer Complaint Disclosure for the LOs licensed in Texas.
