I am missing the Next button and cannot move forward.

  • Check and ensure that the user has filled out all of the required fields. The Next button will not populate until this is done.

I am not able to type information into the text box.

  • Some text boxes may require a numerical value and can only accept that.

I do not know the answer to a required question.

  • The user may fill out the inspection to the best of their knowledge or the user may reach out to their company who issued the survey.

How long will this take?

  • The time taken to complete a survey will vary based on the specific survey and the number of items requested. Users will be able to see the allotted amount of time somewhere on the screen.

Do I have to take the inspection in one sitting?

  • It is recommended that you take all inspections in one sitting. If the user needs to step away, then do not exit out of the browser or they may need to start over.

    Why is my location showing me somewhere else?

  • With locations such as Townhouses/Condos/Apartments, it may or may not reflect the exact physical location, this may be due to the parameters of the geolocation tool. The system will capture the location as best as possible and the reviewing team will be able to take a closer look when the inspection is completed.
