Users can access their Ticket Settings page to elect customizations for corrective action Tickets. Tickets allow users to assign tasks to Contacts, such as requesting that they modify an existing profile or post.
As a default, the Tickets functionality is automatically enabled for use with automated corrective action emails being sent directly to Ticket recipients. Users may elect as a self-service to add any of the below functionality as well:
Send BCC Email: the Send BCC to Email option will send a copy of every ticket email to the selected email address. In this way, users may monitor all Ticket communication sent from the system and may search for specific items using their mail server.
Subject Line Prefix: users may opt to include a Subject Line Prefix when they would like to draw more attention to Ticket emails. We recommend surrounding your prefix with brackets like this: "[Action Required]"
Default Ticket Instructions: users may add Default Ticket Instructions that will appear first in the body of every ticket. Users will be able to delete, modify, or add to the Default Ticket Instructions inside each individual Ticket.
Send Reminders: users may elect how often automatic Ticket reminder emails go out to Contacts with open Tickets.
Stop Reminders: users may decide how many reminder emails are sent to Contacts who have open Tickets. Users may elect to Never stop sending reminders for open Tickets.
Additional options that may be requested from ActiveComply include:
Show Full Ticket in Email: corrective action Tickets as a default only indicate that the Contact has a Ticket needing their review. Users nay elect to have all corrective action text in the Ticket itself reflect in the automated email as well. Note: this option may reduce the amount of Contacts who respond to corrective action in the ActiveComply system.
Have Tickets sent from the user company email domain: see our full help doc on Changing Ticket “From” Address for more information.
