What is ActiveComply?

ActiveComply is a social media monitoring and website archival platform built specifically for the mortgage industry. The cloud-based solution for mortgage lenders, banks, and credit unions helps financial institutions engage with social media safely while meeting regulatory compliance and advertising archival requirements. Lenders are REQUIRED to monitor social media under the FFIEC.

Your company has partnered with ActiveComply to ensure social media and website compliance to prevent brand reputation issues, loss of licensure, and regulatory citations.

Understanding ActiveComply Tickets

ActiveComply helps lender partners evaluate social media and issue corrective action through the issuance of ActiveComply Tickets via automated email. Licensed Employees may receive an automated system email from [email protected] indicating that a Ticket has been assigned to them by their Compliance or Marketing team member. This email will identify the Compliance or Marketing team member who has assigned the ticket.

To view the Ticket, Licensed Employees should select the green "View or Reply" button.

Here is an example email:

After selecting "View or reply", a new window will open to display the assigned Ticket. Licensed employees will be able to review the post or profile in need of changes on the right-hand side of the window, as well as all the applicable Action items, Description, and violation categories assigned by the Compliance or Marketing team member.

Licensed employees have two options:

Option 1 - Write a comment

If the licensed employee has questions or concerns about the request, they may add comments to the Ticket. This will result in a Blue Status of Comment Added and an in-platform notification will be added for the Compliance or Marketing team member.

Option 2 - Mark the ticket as completed

If the licensed employee makes the requested changes to the social media post or profile, they can simply mark the Ticket as completed. This will result in a Yellow Status of Pending Verification and an in-platform notification will be added for the Compliance or Marketing team member.

Licensed employees may also utilize ActiveComply's Profile Compliance Guide and Social Media Platform Help Guides.

What the LO sees

Licensed employees will receive automated email notifications when a Compliance or Marketing team member has responded to their comment or has closed the Ticket. Licensed employees may also visit the Tickets link at the top-left of the page to see all of their Ticket assignments and their current statuses.
