ActiveComply pulls in a lender's loan officer-specific data listed on NMLS Consumer Access to create a Contact Card for each individual LO. This data includes the loan officer's name, their personal NMLS ID, the branch address (if applicable), and their state licensure sponsored by the lender.

The Contacts Page is located under the Settings Gear icon at the top right of the screen.

This page provides a list of individual loan officers and key information about their social media presence, including how many social media profiles they have, their aggregate reputation score based on social media reviews, etc.

Understanding Icons

No Profile Issues Found: this symbol indicates that no Profile Checkup issues were found for the social media profiles associated with the Contact.

Profiles with Issues: this symbol indicates that one or multiple Profile Checkup issues were found for the social media profiles associated with the Contact.

No Content Issues to Review: this symbol indicates that there are no content items, including social media posts and reviews, that need to be reviewed for the Contact.

Content Issues to Review: this symbol indicates the number of content items, including social media posts and reviews, that need to be reviewed for the Contact.

Number of Tickets: this symbol indicates the number of Open Tickets associated with the Contact.

Sorting

The Contacts Page allows users to sort Contacts by a variety of characteristics, such as the Contact's name, the number of social media profiles associated with a Contact, the number of licenses a Contact holds, etc. Users can also sort by ActiveComply findings:

Profiles with Issues to Resolve: this icon identifies Contacts who have social media profiles that do not pass the Profile Checkup.

Posts with Issues to Review: this icon identifies Contacts who have social media content/reviews/posts that need to be reviewed.

Total Open Tickets: this icon identifies Contacts who have open Tickets.

Filtering

The Contacts Page allows users to filter results in a variety of different ways.

Views: the Views filter allows a user to find groups of Contacts who share a particular issue type. Types of Views include:

  • Profile Checks Failed - this View filter isolates all the Contacts who have at least one issue of failed Profile Checkup.

  • Content to Review - this View filter isolates all the Contacts who have at least one item of content, including social media posts and reviews, that needs to be reviewed.

  • Missing Email Address - this View filter isolates all the Contacts who are missing an email address on their Contact Card. Contacts who do not have an email address listed cannot be emailed with Corrective Action tasks from the ActiveComply system.

  • Suggested Profiles - this View filter isolates all the Contacts who have suggested profiles for association. If the loan officer's name or their personal NMLS ID is found on a profile, ActiveComply will suggest that Contact be added to a matching Contact Card.

Active Contacts: the Active Contacts filter will automatically isolate currently licensed employees in NMLS for a lender. Users can use the dropdown to select Terminated Contacts to see Contacts who have been terminated/removed from sponsorship.

Licenses: the Licenses filter will allow users to isolate Contacts for individual states.

Note: some Contacts will be listed for multiple states if they carry multiple state licenses.

Search Bar: the Search bar allows users to search for individual Contacts by either the licensee's name or their personal NMLS ID.

Export: the Export button on the far right allows users to export any list of Contacts from the Contacts Page into a CSV Excel spreadsheet. This Export will include information from the Contacts Page, including the Contact's name, their total active licenses, their aggregate reputation score, and any post or profiles still needing review.
