The Content Policies Page, also known in collection folders as Matched Keywords, allows for the management of alert keywords, profile flags, and other rule elections in SocialShield. This page can be found by selecting the gear icon on the top right corner > Settings > and visiting the Advanced tab. From this page, users can add new triggers using the plus sign (+) at the top right. Users can also Enable and Disable existing triggers using individual trigger toggles on the right-hand side. To see previously disabled triggers, users can use the Hide/Show Disabled Items view at the bottom right of the page.
Adding a new Content Policy
Adding a new Content Policy/trigger doesn't have to be complicated! Users can visit the Advanced Trigger Term Search Engine to test out a trigger before adding it to an account. Users can also use ActiveComply's inbound chat function or email [email protected] for assistance with Adding/Removing/Editing triggers as well.
