After evaluating a completed inspection, a user can certify their review by completing the Reviewer Electronic Signature field. Once the reviewer has submitted their signature, the field cannot be edited to maintain the record's integrity.
This feature is located at the end of the completed Survey and is available for all inspections.
This functionality will help institutions meet state regulatory guidelines for supervision, such as Oregon's 441-860-0040 Supervision of Branch Offices, Home Locations, and Mortgage Loan Originators.
