After evaluating a completed Survey, a User can certify their review by completing the Reviewer Electronic Signature field. Once the reviewer has submitted their signature, the field cannot be edited to maintain the record's integrity.

This feature is located at the end of the completed Survey and is available for all inspections.

This functionality will help institutions meet state regulatory guidelines for supervision, such as Oregon's 441-860-0040 Supervision of Branch Offices, Home Locations, and Mortgage Loan Originators.

A User can add this filter to their Grid View by selecting "columns hidden" and turning the "Signed Date" toggle on. A User can save this View by selecting the Red Dot and choosing "Save Changes".
