Customizing Views

Users are able to customize their Views in the system to create Views that match their needs and workflow. One of the ways to customize views is by adjusting columns.

To hide, sort, or move a column, users can select the down arrow next to a column title and make the adjustments.

To add columns users may select the number of "hidden columns" and can toggle columns on or off to showcase.

If a user needs to get more pinpointed for specific surveys, the user may select the survey they'd like to see by selecting the Survey button drop down list.

Once a survey is selected, users will be able to toggle on and off all questions from the specific survey. For example, if a user wanted to see a column of the Approved DBA answers, they would select the Branch Inspection Survey and then toggle on that question (shown below).
