ActiveComply allows users to easily monitor social media accounts on a variety of social media platforms automatically through the use of the platform's granted API access. Social media accounts that are added to ActiveComply for monitoring are known as social media Assets.

ActiveComply can also automatically archive most custom user websites, including both individual and company websites, when added to the system as Trusted Assets.

ActiveComply can monitor smaller, custom websites that are controlled by individual licensees and do not contain large amounts of content. ActiveComply does not currently support the monitoring of large websites, such as news sites, podcasts, and other not yet supported social media platforms.

Web Assets that are corporately controlled should always be marked as Trusted as they do not need continual compliance review. Users can utilize ActiveComply's Bookmarks functionality where necessary for manual monitoring facilitation.
