In many instances, an employee's profile may have multiple compliance or company policy issues that need to be addressed. The Profiles Collection Folder helps divide SocialShield alerts between Post Content Alerts (individual social media post advertisements) and Profile Flags (the digital business card).

Issues that are located under the Profiles tab will be highlighted by severity level on the top of each Asset Card. As a default, all SocialShield accounts will automatically include:

  • Company Name Incorrect

  • Company NMLS ID Missing

  • Individual NMLS ID Missing

  • LO Name Incorrect

  • Equal Housing Missing (this default flag looks for "Equal Housing" on a profile. Users can request to have this customized to look for a specific equal housing logo or verbiage, such as "Equal Housing Lender" or "Equal Housing Opportunity by reaching out to [email protected]. To learn more about which logo, EHL or EHO, applies to your institution, visit our Equal Housing Logo Detection page.)

Users have the ability to add customized profile flags as well. Some common customization examples include:

  • Links to NMLS Consumer Access

  • Links to a company's privacy policy pages

  • Links to a company's legal licensing pages

  • FDIC or NCUA logos or verbiage

  • State specific licensing verbiage

To have customizations added to an account's Profile Flags, please contact [email protected] to learn more.
