For our system's purpose, Discovery is the culmination of all the website URLs and individual social media profiles found by SocialShield using your company's business names and NMLS IDs.

Users should first visit the Discovery tab in SocialShield and enable monitoring for desired Assets. Once enabled, SocialShield will scan profiles for post content matching designated Trigger Terms and identify any missing Profiles requirements.

The Discovery feature will continuously find new profiles made in your company name when you have new employees come on board.
