Users can change their password in one of two ways:
1. If the User knows their password
If the User know their password, the User can change it at any time by signing in and clicking on the avatar icon in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting the "Change Password" from the list of options.
2. If the User does not know their password
If the User does not know their password, the User can select the "Forgot Password" feature and follow the accompanying steps.
The ChatBox in the bottom right side of the screen is always accessible for additional customer assistance.
