When a user is reviewing a survey, the user can attach files and make internal notes.

The user can upload files to the whole survey and to each of the sections in the survey. The user can utilize this function in various ways, such as aiding in remediation tracking, gathering photos of MSA agreements, or incorporating examination findings.

The user can make Internal Notes by selecting the Notes icon. Notes can be added to the whole survey at the top as well as each section of the survey. These Notes cannot be deleted by other users.
