Guest users have restricted access and can only view websites assigned to them for review.

After a User grants Guest Access, the Guest will receive an invitation email.

Once the Guest selects the “Access WebCompass” button, the Guest will be prompted to confirm the information provided and will be granted limited access to WebCompass.

Note: The Guest will not have to create login credentials. Guests may use the “Access WebCompass” button from the invitation email or may bookmark the URL to return to their assigned WebCompass Dashboard(s) later. The URL will be accessible for 120 days or until access is revoked.

On this page, the Guest can see their Lighthouse Scores and which Issues may need to be addressed.

When the Guest selects the “Fix Now” button, WebCompass will display the Remediation Instructions the User included when creating the Rule.

After any corrective action has been made, the Guest can prompt the system to "crawl" or rescan their website by selecting the "Start new crawl" button. The system will check for changes made to the website and the results will be reflected in the Issues field.
