Through ActiveComply’s Listening Tool, users can easily set-up custom brand-listening parameters that allow for the capturing of websites that make mention of your company. The Listening Tool will automatically pull in items such as web pages, online newspaper articles, blogs, ticketed event pages, etc.

Webpages found will populate automatically in the Listening Tool collection folder. Users may filter by Matched Keyword or Website domain by using the filters on the left-hand panel. Users may elect to add the webpage as a Bookmark to a particular Contact Card or issue Tickets as need be. For website domains that need not ever be captured, users may use the down arrow to "ignore" a specific website and Clear those results from the collection.
