TrustFrame allows Submitter users to receive automated emails noting the status of their Document. Document Statuses that will result in an email include:
Approved/Auto-Approved
Non-Compliant
Changes Requested
The below automated email templates will be sent to Submitter users from "[email protected]" based on the particular Document Status:
Approved
When a Document receives a status of Auto-Approved or is manually marked by an Admin user as Approved, Submitter users will receive the below email notification and a copy of the uploaded file:
Changes Needed
When a Document receives a status of Non-Compliant, Submitter users will receive the below email notification:
Changes Requested
When a Document receives a status of Changes Requested, Submitter users will receive the below email notification:
