TrustFrame allows Admin users to upload various documents and marketing pieces for marketing compliance review. From the Document Page, Admin users can either drag and drop files or choose a file from their computer's file manager. Admin users may drag and drop multiple files at a time.

Supported Documents

At this time, TrustFrame currently supports the file types of .JPG, . PNG, and .PDF files. There is a maximum file size of 30MB per upload.

Document Scanning

After an Admin user adds Documents for upload, the system will begin analyzing the marketing pieces. In the grid view on the Documents Page, users will see individual line items for each Document being scanned and analyzed. Generally, the review of a single marketing piece concludes within 30-90 seconds, depending on the number of Rules included in the Rules engine.

Reviewing Results

Once a Document has been analyzed, additional information will appear:

  • Document Title: the system-generated title of the uploaded Document.

  • Document Status: most current status of the Document. Common statuses include Approved, Non-Compliant, Review Requested, and Changes Requested.

  • Tasks/Issues: individual Tasks identified on a marketing piece, including a system generated Task title, a summary of the task, and the applicable Rule. Tasks are color-coded and labeled based on Rule severity elections.

  • Document Highlights: layered onto the Document itself, each individual Task identified relates directly to a particular highlight onscreen. If users select a highlight on the Document, the corresponding Task text will expand, and vice versa.

  • Activity Timeline: users may see the Documents Activity Timeline, which includes records of all Admin user, Submitter user, and system generated Actions, including any Document resubmissions.

  • Content Summary: the system generated summary of the marketing piece's point of focus and key compontents of the content.

  • Compliance Summary: the system generated summary of the marketing piece with key call-outs for compliance issues.

Other Actions Available

After a Document review has concluded, Admin users will have the ability to take the following action options:

  • Download: users can download a copy of the file submitted.

  • Refresh Analysis (elipses): users may manually request a refreshed analysis of the provided file.

  • Copy TrustFrame ID (elipses): users may copy the TrustFrame ID for the individual Document. This may be useful when requesting ActiveComply customer support.

  • Resolved/Archived Issues: see all Tasks/Issues that have been manually resolved/deleted.

  • Compliance Requirements Met: see all individual Rules that were met and did not result in an automated Issue.
