Inspection Header

To review individual inspections, Administrative users may visit the Inspections page and use the eyeball icon to open an individual inspection. Once an inspection has been opened, administrative users can easily see key information in the header of the inspection, like: the name of the inspection, when the inspection was created, if the inspection has been completed, how many items need review, etc.

Inspection Sections

Administrative users can expand and collapse individual inspections sections using the arrow on the top right of each sections. Once a section has been expanded, users can change the Status of individual responses as part of the review process. Users can also make internal notes and add attachments using the right-hand side bar for each section. See our article on Inspection Response Statuses to learn more.

Identifying Items Needing Review

Administrative users can easily see outstanding items with a Status of Needs Review when they first enter the inspection. Users can see which sections have items needing review and how many items in that particular section will need their attention.

"If, then" Style Questions

Administrative users have the ability to customize survey templates to include "if, then" style questions. These questions give users the ability to say "if this question receives a certain type of response, then populate a follow-up question for the inspection taker". When reviewing a completed inspection, Administrative users will see these a blue banner notice of "This question is not required based on a previous questions answer" for those questions that were not were not displayed to the inspection taker.
